10 oreo cookies.
1 pint of heavy cream.
1 can (16 oz.) vanilla frosting.
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Any parfait glasses or glass bowls will do.
Crush all 10 oreos into small pieces.
Beat 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream until soft peaks form.
Reserve 1/2 cup of the already beaten heavy cream.
In a large bowl,mix 1 can of vanilla frosting,add the vanilla and fold in the remaining beaten heavy cream.
Layer the crushed oreos and frosting mixture.
Top off with the reserved whipped heavy cream and crushed oreos & 1 whole Oreo.
Makes 8 servings. |
